How can some of those recipes Jan makes with the Vitamix that are not in the recipe books? I saw him make bread - also grind corn for corn bread. I have both cookbooks and cannot identify some of his recipes.

I don't know if he has a Facebook page.  Check it out.  I know the blue Jean chef, Meredith, puts the recipes she demos on Facebook.

Not all recipe books for the Vitamix are identical. They vary some according to model.

I find when I'm looking for a recipe I can usually find it via Google. For example yesterday I saw what sounded like an interesting recipe called Mississippi Roast but it was for the crockpot. I figured someone had likely created a pressure cooker version so Googled, Mississippi Roast and Instant Pot and found a number of recipe.

Same for Vitamix and bread. I Googled "Vitamix" and "bread" and found a number of bread recipes for the Vitamix.
