It's beef stew night. : )

I might be rushing the season trying to get back to comfort foods, but I picked up some beautiful stew meat last night and am making some yummy beef stew for dinner. Just have to get to the grocery store to pick up a nice loaf of Italian to go with it. Yummy!!

What's everyone else making this evening?
