I had posted a discussion on here awhile back about the Holly baker I received that was chipped, and had called TT customer service for replacement. They sent out the first replacement,and it was shattered. They sent out a second replacement, and it was shattered. I just received the third replacement, and it was completely intact! It only took four shipments to get me a 9x13 baker in usable condition. Prices of TT are continuing to rise (but what isn't?), and this is one reason. It was inexcusable to have to send out replacements that many times, and have them shattered because of poor packing. I have to give them credit, they didn't stop until they got it right, I just think it would be more economically feasible to get it right the first time.
It is beautiful, but I think I'm afraid to use it!
