My favorite dishes and stuff is Corelle, but, it's all so pale and unattractive.

Basic white maybe a little round about red stripe.

I got some Royal Albert stuff straight from England bought at Harrod's I think the way U spell it. Anyway, we were there in the late 90's and you

could buy cheaper there in England and have it shipped back for what they wanted here in the States !

I like Corelle, too & have a big set that my mom had from the 80's or 90's called Abundance.  I got rid of all my heavy stoneware & just use the Corelle, now.

Her stuff is so pretty but I had to stop buying it because of the chipping.

That's really very too bad! Smiley Sad

i bought a really pretty dinner set many years ago, that was made out of some kind of inexpensive stoneware, maybe?

It was really pretty and colorful, and I bought it on sale at a local department store.

I didn't think twice about buying it or using it.

Not long after starting to use it, every single piece starting chipping.

I think that the only thing that I might have left out of that whole set, might be some odds and ends of coffee mugs and soup bowls. Smiley Sad
