Hi everybody - Hope you all had a good Christmas!
As I do every year, I made a large assortment of different kinds of cookies, including peanut butter with toffee chips. I love baking, but it's always a PITA to measure out peanut butter tablespoon by tablespoon, and I was wishing I could find something I discovered a couple of years ago:
I think it was JIF (or maybe Skippy) that came out with peanut butter for baking that came in bars like Crisco sticks do, with the measurements marked on the wrapper. It was so convenient; all you had to do was cut off the amount you needed from the block.
The only place I ever saw it was Bi-Lo, and they don't seem to carry it anymore. Have any of you see this around? I wonder if they're still making it - it was a great idea!
