Is there something wrong with my Keurig??

Hope someone can help me. I've had my Keurig for about 3 years now and I can't find the owners manual. All of a sudden it's now making smaller amounts of coffee...I was thinking about using vinegar to clean it..don't know if that's an option? Has this happened to anyone. I love my keurig and I'm just worried that its going to die on me. Thanks.
