@homedecor1 There is a website I find invaluable for snafus such as you're having. It is appliancepartspros[dot]com. At this site you can find your exact make and model and enter your 'symptoms' to find solutions, original parts as well as tutorial videos. I have used this site twice, each time with remarkable results. In fact, the last time, I had the part installed and was using the machine inside 24 hours of posting my problem. No kidding. IMHO, this site is one to bookmark.
