Is everyone happy with their Ninja Pulse TSV?

The reviews seem to be very good. Anyone disppointed in it? Anyone not get the results they showed on TV? I'm concerned I can't get a green smoothie to be smooth enough. I know it won't be as smooth as the Vitamix but would it be pleasant to drink if you added chard and kale? I had read that one health bar replaced all their high priced blenders with these. I was surprised to read that as I don't think of this as being heavy duty.

Also, just curious about one small thing. Is the silver face plate where the Ninja name is written a shiny silver, or is it in a brushed finish? Hard to tell from the video and photos.
