Is This Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer a Good Buy?

I enjoy baking, and I know I would bake more if I had a stand mixer, rather than my hand held mixer. I've been wanting to buy a good one for a long time, but since I don't bake a lot, I can't justify spending $300 to $500 on one.

What do you think of this refurbished Kitchen Aid stand mixer, is it a good buy? TIA
