@wagirl I MIGHT change your mind!  I make upside down cake with peach halves.  It is wonderful!!!!!  I agree about pineapple upside down.  Who wants those tough sour pineapples in your cake?  ICK.

@wagirl Peaches, brown sugar, butter, cake--what could be bad about that?  Woman Very Happy  Even canned peaches work, drained.
