I'll stick with L n L. Don't think Tara's are the same even though the style is similar.

No not made by lock and lock. I have lots of L&L, and one set of the TT ones, and while my older lock and lock is much better, Tara's are nice too, but too expensive.

I agree, not made by L&L but possibly the same factory? I am satisfied with my L&L, so not interested in Tara's. A few of my L&L's are stained but I guess it is because I have used them in the microwave for reheating tomato based sauces & it stains..my mistake & can't blame L&L for that!

Mine do not stain. What foods do you put in your L&L to cause them to stain? Do you microwave your foods in L&L?

I collect glass refrigerator boxes at estate sales....LOVE THEM!

I love these things, and have lots of the Pyrex ones. I use them sometimes, but with a couple of clumsy menfolk in the kitchen sometimes, I'm always afraid they will break them, and they are getting a little pricey, especially to put together matching sets of them. The other drawback is that they aren't air or water tight, but I get so nostalgic using these.
