Is Temptations Storage Made By Lock N Lock?

I was surprised when I saw T come out with storage containers that look like LNL. Is T made by LNL?

I haven't heard her say that it is....like she does with the Kuhn Ricon shears she sells....also haven't seen her toss them on the floor to show they don't open....like LNL does....

No, I don't think so unless they have a partnership on the storage pieces- Not impressed by Lock n Lock- Mine stains terribly.

Well, after looking around, I found every color in AS IS, K307096. You can try it for less.

How very strange. I have tons of L&L and have used them for years without one stain occurring. And I do store tomato-based products in them all the time.

What I don't do, though, is microwave in my L&L. I just prefer not to.

I think L&L is an excellent storage solution and much prefer it to any others I have tried.

I don't use Lock and Lock or any other plastic storage containers anymore. I use Pyrex glass storage bowls with lids. I don't think plastic is a good idea, especially microwaving in it. Yes, the Pyrex glass bowls have plastic lids, but I make sure the lids don't touch my food.

I also love my Lock N Lock and have not experienced any staining. I don't put hot foods in and I don't microwave in it.

I don't microwave in L&L. But that's not because I'm concerned at all with adverse health effects. L&L is made from polypropylene, so it is by definition BPA-free.

Glass storage containers might be okay for storing food in the refrigerator or freezer (although I prefer plastic), but IMO they are not so practical for other storage uses or for transporting.

I wondered the same thing...seems a bit strange that the Q would allow knock-offs!! But then, I have seen several "imitations" in the fashion department so...maybe not a big deal!!
