Interesting Comment from Keurig

My neighbor's Keurig stopped working. They called CS and went through

all the steps, still nothing. There was this interesting statement. "Do you make cocoa

in this machine and my neighbor said yes, your pods. They said not to do it anymore" Now

why not? They sell the pods.{#emotions_dlg.huh} This is why I have a Cusinart after 4 failed Keurigs.
