@jackthebear Here's the recipe. I was able to find hash brown with peppers and onions which simplifies things. I found that the removable pot from the Wonder Pot I got on Evine fits perfectly into my 6qt PC.

Have an Instant Pot and love it. It's by far the best selling electric pressure cooker. I chose it because so many people have it and love it. I also chose it because the pot is stainless steel rather than non-stick.

I cook soups, risotto, and meat dishes primarily.

I highly recommend the Instant Pot. I think you' love it.

Well it is legal in a lot of states. Thought this thread was about sharing pot recipes for a new breed of "pot" called "instant pot."
