I call it both, but mostly dressing.
Some like the more most which picks up more flavor from being inside the turkey (which I wash throughly and go over the entire kitchen with clorox wipes).
Some prefer more crispness which is baked. Some just love a crust on everything!![]()

We call it stuffing but I make it in my Ninja. I doctor turkey Stove Top Stuffing with hot and mild sausage, onion and celery. Chicken bone broth instead of water. No butter.
it's so funny every year when I ring the doorbell they ask if I have the stuffing. When I say yes, they say: Good! you can come in.

In, and I'm trying the cheesecloth bundling method tomorrow morning.
I take the easy way out...a bag of Pepperidge Farms herb stuffing mix and add my own broth, butter, sautéed celery and onions. My family like it better than my moms old recipe. DH and I don't eat it anymore so the leftovers will go home with someone.

Dressing in the turkey breast and also a casserole. That's my favorite Thanksgiving food so I make extra for me, my sister and for my neighbor to take home with him for leftovers.
