Buyer Beware. I ordered the TSV dinner meal for Thanksgiving. As of the Saturday before Thanksgiving it had NOT shipped. I cancelled the order and future orders I had placed. I read that this happened to customers last year as well. It’s VERY disappointing when you have made plans around this. Crickets from both QVC and Corky’s. Will NEVER order from Corky’s again nor any vendor for a Holiday meal.

If they can not ship when one orders, they should not be on here ,selling.

The same thing happened to me. I ordered on 11/12 andorder was  not shipped as of yesterday. Of course as always it said it was being processed the entire time. I contacted Customer Service and they cancelled it for me.
So much for Thanksgiving dinner!
I had to do rush pick up of groceries (I am in chemotherapy and can' go into stores) and will now be making a meal of some sort.
QVC needs to have a long talk with Corkys. Corkys did a lot of on air presentations and I really thought they were dependable. I was wrong.

@10000thnickname   As one who has suffered through chemo, you should not have to prepare a big dinner!  Can you still get one from your grocery store? Or, better yet, someone else could pick up the baton and do it for you. If all else fails, go to a good restaurant and treat yourself.  Stress is the worst thing for you at this time.

Good luck and God bless!

@10000thnickname   I agree with @zitawins, I'm hoping someone else can step in.  It is a good time for you to rest and relax.  I'm wishing you the best of health.

There's absolutely NO excuse for these meals not being delivered. After all, they're not coming from China. I've never ordered Q's prepared meals, but I'm truly disappointed for those who have.

I can only hope that you find alternative plans that will save your holiday celebrations. Thoughts with you for a nice day, in spite of this challenging situation.

@BlueFinch    There is an excuse.  Food vendors are having the same problems that have closed or reduced the hours of many restaurants, namely labor shortages, trying to source materials and transportation.

They're in the business to make and sell food.  Why would they deliberately renege on their commitments if they could avoid it?  It's hurting them badly.

Inconvenience for consumers seems to be the name of the game during these times.

My empathy is for all those that ordered and didn't receive their delivery. There is no excuse for making commitments knowing what is occurring in our country. If you can't or won't be able to fulfill the orders, don't be a TSV. It seems like greed was the reason for overselling your ability to perform. Hopefully, everyone that ordered gets their meals.

Have a Happy Thanksgiving. Try not to stress.

This makes me a bit nervous since I ordered the 12/3 choice. I'd better have a back up.

@Kachina624 I totally understand the current hardships food vendors and restaurants are facing, but it's not a new issue. If I get it, why didn't Corky's? Adjustments have to be made now.

It doesn't seem they planned ahead when they were so actively taking orders, left and right. Plus, there seems to be a pattern, since some report this has happened in the past, too. Overestimating ability is not a reliable plan.

It seems to me that they should have been cautious and scaled back the number of orders, making sure they could accommodate every customer, rather than renege on orders.

It's terrible business to fail to provide for customers. This definitely will hurt them badly, dragging down their reputation, when it likely could have been avoided. Reeks of poor management and planning to me.

And, for a holiday? That's the worst time for such disappointment. So, I'm probably being hard headed, but I can't excuse them.
