In a quandry about my cookware. What would you do?

I currently own an older set of Cook's Essentials non stick stainless cookware. It's probably 6-7 years old. It has held up pretty well considering the abuse it gets.

I ordered a set of Cuisinart Chef's Classic all stainless and it arrived today. It's a real nice set. It's not as heavy as the Cook's Essentials but overall a good value.

I just don't know whether to keep it or send it back. Part of me says keep it and the other part says the CE is still in decent shape so keep it. Need some non biased opinions, please.
