I bought the tongs too, but if you can order the pan without them ( don't know if you can anymore) they are no big deal. I hardly use them.

The website is okay. I have ordered from them many times. The seller is a professor/ scientist who invented them. He only sells them through his personal website and only takes PayPal.

You can use any credit or debit card on his site without having to sign up for PayPal.

I have been buying these pans for about 18 years for myself and for gifts.
