Made it some time ago with chicken breasts. Never made it again. It's okay. You may love it, find it so-so or dislike it. We're all different.

What a coincidence, my sister just told me about this recipe on Monday! She likes it, said she had it from someone who isn't known for her cooking but it turned out well. My sister was going to make it Monday night.

I have never made the Hellman's recipe. One of our local groceries sells parmesan chicken breasts ready to cook and I make my own copy cat version of theirs. I don't use mayo, but a little melted butter and lots of dijon mustard. Then I dredge in Panko Bread Crumbs that have been seasoned with parmesan, lots of fresh parsley and various spices. They aren't salty (probably because I don't use a lot of parmesan) and aren't greasy either.

I actually made this for supper tonight. I used half non-fat Greek yogurt and mayo with the Parmesan cheese then sprinkled some of Penzey's dried minced onions on top before baking. Delicious!
