Ice Cream Maker

I finally took out my ice cream maker that I bought here on the Q about 7 years ago and never used. I finally have a freezer big and empty enough to put the canister in. Well the canister is downstairs freezing and I cooked up a batch of french vanilla ice cream recipe and its in the frige getting cold. I am going to give it a try later.

Does anybody have any easy more healthy types of ice cream or frozen yogurt recipes to make with an ice cream maker? The book only came with a few recipes.
