Yes 5 hours of Vitamix shows, plus it is now on in ITKWD.  Oh well, that is what the remote is for!

Re: ITKWD - Sunday 4/2

[ Edited ]

I have a Vitamix and have given one to my children, as well as to the married Grands. Two year old grandson has been raised strictly on foods from his Mom's Vitamix and a healthier boy you've never seen.

But wait - don't forget we got to see a Dyson also. More than just a Vitamix show.

I enjoy watching Vitamix presentations as I always get a new idea from watching.  Really enjoy Jan - he is so knowledgeable about the machine.  However, I decided that if David went over the "How many today?" and "How many in In the Kitchen With David" I'd change the channel, and I did.  Why can't he just at least stop at "In This Show".  Must he continue to mention the name of his show? Or just go over it a few times - not every few minutes?

@Perkup You know, you are right (again!).  He DOES say his name all the time.

I thought I'd seen those rice cookers from WP at a cheaper price

seems like I paid 20 for mine and no shp

yesterday they had shp plus it was 25.   I make mac & cheese for us.

Just 2 of us.

Yep, if you want a 400-500 Vitamix , then, please , go for it. All the stuff I buy I'm not begruding anybody anything. LOL

I forgot to put my KA food processor in my pics, now, I got Wolf's deep fryer in red coming.

Yikes ! hope hubbo doesn't see or hear the UPS man.

@SharkE  LOL!!!  They were $19 when I bought the ugly green one!  But I do love them! Of course I'm not begrudging anyone either.  I couldn't possibly do that with my checkered past with kitchen "stuff."  You have LOTS of neat things and I'm sure make good use of them!!!

You are one of my "go-to's" for opinions on kitchen equipment!!!

I only checked in twice this afternoon when he was on, a vacuum and vitamix. It's not David's fault. He has to sell what they give him.

I think 2 presentations of Vitamix during David's show, plus 1 hour show before and 1 hour after his show is a little overkill.  One presentation during David's show is enough because of the other presentions.  And what's with the Shark hand held vac shown for 20 minutes during David's show?  With the food presentations, TSV and Shark today, the only interesting items were the new ones from Copper Chef.  Cookbook from Patti LaBelle was okay too.

As info, if you are interested in the new cookbook, please check Amazon first.  Just saying . . .

@WORKING GAL I agree, I DVR'd the show and was so shocked when I sat down to watch it. Three quarters of the show was the VM and then a full hour of it from 4 to 5. It took me about 10 min to watch the 3 hour show, lol!  Oh well, hopefully after going to the show in Chicago there will be a lot of new items coming up.
