I was watching The Cooking Channel this morning. A Danish grandmother used a Bollesprojte to make Danish Dumplings. It is a metal tube with a wooden plunger. Sorta neat to see how they are made. Now I want one. 😊 ❤ 😊

Google this phrase from the seller's page:

"Mormor's Bollesprøjte, make your own Danish soup dumplings with this great item" and see if you can find it that way.

I found it also on Ebay by searching "Danish Dumpling Press."  It was $16.99 plus $13.99 shipping.

Yay, I finally found it, kinda pricey. I saw another video where they used a pastry bag and just cut off the dumplings as they squeezed threw. Another just used a spoon to drop them in the broth.
