Look this one up on line, easy and our leader said it's really good!  I'm going to make it today for our tomorrow.  Takes 5 min's and chill it overnight.

I kept getting blank pages when I tried to pull this up online -- if anybody else is having a problem, here's what I finally found:

WW 2 POINTS - CARAMEL APPLE SALAD

PREP TIME: 5 mins   TOTAL TIME: 1 hr 5 mins

SERVES: 8

1 (8 ounce) containers fat-free cool whip

4 large apples ( Whatever you prefer, although I use Gala)

1 (8 ounce) cans pineapple tidbits

1 (6 ounce) boxes jello fat free sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix

1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

  1. Cut up apples into small pieces.
  2. Add in all other ingredients (pineapple juice included) and mix.
  3. Chill for 1 hour.

2 Points per serving (1 cup).

I was just invited to a friend's for tomorrow's BBQ. Guess what I am bringing?! Glad to have an excuse to try this out.

This is a whole lot easier than the caramel apple salad I make.  I'm going to try it and see how the taste compares.  Thanks.

Is the pineapple juice instead of milk in the pudding portion ?That part sounds strange.

I think mini-marshmallows would be good in this.

Re: WW carmel apple salad

[ Edited ]

I made this to take tonight and it is delicious! I was wondering how the pineapple and juice would taste, but it is just fine. I am taking it as the recipe states, just in case people are on WW and need the point value, but also taking some candied pecans to sprinkle on top, if people want that. I can see this being my new go-to recipe for pot lucks, etc.
