Gee, I'd love to help. Care to give even a tiny clue what sort of thing is giving you trouble? Without knowing where the problem is, help is very limited. Did you read the owner's manual/ operating instructions? Are you missing a part? Is your machine defective?

Whatever you do be careful - those items cut very well  - but very sharp and can end you up in the ER.

Are there any videos attaced to the item number.

I can't stand using anything sharp. I once ordered the mandoline to make fries - and sent it right back.
