In my food processor, (little bowl of the a KA FP) I put a cup of heavy/whipping cream and set it running on low. Within 3-5 minutes, I had butter! The buttermilk was spun up and over the edges into the lower bowl, so I didn't even have to drain the buttermilk off.

Very good butter!
