I'm Reading My Cookbooks & Baking Bread

Chilly, rainy day here and they were calling for snowflurries last nite so a perfect day to bake bread! {#emotions_dlg.scared}

Trying some of the bread recipes in my Amish cookbook and the loaves turned out fabulous! This is the first time I've ever used dough hooks on my KA mixer. I usually like to knead completely by hand but I gave myself a break today.

It's giving me the self confidence to give a croissant recipe a go next weekend!!
