I have some hamburger meat .....

I also have a nice red pepper and an onion - I was thinking of chopping the onion and pepper up fine - add to the meat with an egg and some bread crumbs to hold it together and make that into burgers to cook on the grill. Probably season with some worchestershire, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Opinions??? I am also thinking of making perogies and broccoli.
