I am making my famous spaghetti sauce for Easter as I always do. But the problem I have this year is in the sauce I always add seared ribs, homemade baked meatballs and hot italian sausage. This year I want to have HOT and MILD in the sauce but I need some help with how do I determine which is which in the sauce????? Some of my family members cannot tolerate the HOT sausage so I have to accomodate all my family!
