Has anyone tried Hungry Girls new Flatout flat bread? They are so soft and taste very good. I tried the white ones with fiber and they were delicious. They are just the right size and thickness at 100 calories each. I am going to use that as any bread I make a sandwich with. I bought tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber for a sandwich and I have made lowfat pizza with cheese and pepperoni. They fill me up with a glass of water and a few extra cherry tomatoes on the side. I am trying to concentrate on eating better. When my friends keep wanting me to go out to eat I will only go one time a week. I rather eat at home anyways.

I have two of her books and everything I have tried is always tasty.

I bought mine at a Wal-Mart Supercenter near us.

I will look for these - the pizza idea sounds great!

@hoosieroriginal There are a few recipes on the back of the package of hers. She showed grilled cheese-one of my favorites. There can be many uses with these. I have purchased other brands before but these are thinner and they had a good flavor. I will make a fried egg sandwich for breakfast also. I get sick of cereal or oatmeal. These are filling. I didn't know I would enjoy them as much as I have. She also has a wheat one also. I love pizza and this helped me not miss it.

@MKR14 - not sure the brand is carried around here - but I sure will look and check out her recipes!

That sounds great!  Thanks for the tip!  Do you happen to know how much sodium is in one?

@GenXmuse 290 Sodium  with 1 Sugar, and  3 Fiber grams.

* Also these have 6 Protein and NO Cholesterol and Total fat is 1. It does have 19 Carbs but that to me is only a small amount than other choices we can make.

I added a note to Nutrition Facts on my last post.

Hungry Girl also has 100% Whole Wheat ones with Flax, Traditional White (I got), Rosemary and Olive Oil, and New Sliders Classic White that are small ones.
