How tender do you like your corned beef?

Falling apart. It's like strings.

if i am eating it warm or hot i prefer it to be falling apart tender.

if i am eating it on a sandwich, i like it trimmed, but still a little fat on it, and sliced as thin as possible......first cut.

big fan of corned beef hash also.

Very tender, but if you slice it against the grain it won't fall apart. Try to slice it with the grain of the meat and it will fall apart in pieces. Taught to me from my meat-cutter dad years ago!

What a coinky dink!  I just made it tonight for dinner and it was delish.  I like it tender but sliceable.

My personal experience with corned beef brisket is that no matter how tender it is, I just don’t like it.

I love beef, and can eat roast beef all day long.   I don’t like what the brining process does to the taste and texture of the cut of beef.

Corned beef means canned to me; Kroger brand only.

What is "coinky dink"?
