How full have you filled your Instant Pot before?

I've got a version of Guinness stew in my Instant Pot right now, but it is awfully full.  How full have you ever filled your IP with things like meat and veg, that you know are going to cook down, not liquid stuff?  Mine is right up to the top with chunks of carrot, celery, and potatoes.  The mushrooms and onions I did cook down a bit as I prefer them caramelized.  The flavor the onions add is better.  I don't like strong onions.

Bottom line, don't fill any pressure cooker over the level of the max fill line. It's inside the pot.

It cooked down fine. I'm glad I didn't add any more liquid as there is always more than when you started. It reduced and made a nice gravy. I think I pushed it about as far as it can go!

The instructions with the pot are very specific about that.  I wouldn't want to just play it by ear.  It's a safety thing.  Read the instructions please!
