I have a Foodsaver but then I can't use small amounts at a time...like I do.
Thanks for all of your suggestions. Hope one of them works for me. I love cheese but eat it sparingly!

most of mine go into a lock and lock container.
it definitely keeps them fresher.
i sometimes use cheese paper bags that can be found on amazon.

Mine doesn't go bad or dry out b/c it's not around long enough to do that. Oink-oink.

I take it out of the original wrapper. Then I wrap it tightly in Saran Wrap and put it in a zip lock.

I never buy more than a pound block. Wrap it in plastic wrap and it's fine.

now I use the best plastic wrap I ever used and I buy it at Walmart of all places. So easy to use , it's what chefs kitchens use Sticks fantastic and doesn't do all that tangling g up thing that Saran Wrap always did, Keeps cheese perfectly as it sticks on itself very well
What is the name of the plastic wrap you use?
@LizzieInSRQ sounds like Press and Seal.
