How do you serve your Keurig coffee/tea?

I'm hearing callers talk about adding things to their coffee to spice it up. One caller said she adds cinnamon sticks to her cider. I had someone tell me that she puts peppermint schnapps in her hot chocolate. I like adding the caramel to the apple cider. I thought it would be fun to hear your ideas.
