I got mine today, preheated it 2 minutes, put in 4 frozen burgers cooked them 5 minutes according to the chart on page 9. They weren't done, so I added about 3 minutes. Mine were fine, hubby had to cook his some more. Guess it will take a few times to get the hang of it. I have 29 more days left to sent it back if I don't like it. 
Wish they'd put the times for 1100 watt microwaves.
