How often do you have either a whole turkey, a frozen breast, or turkey pieces from the meat counter?
Generally, I only do the largest turkey I can get out of the case. DS always wants the leftovers he grew up eating and they love dark meat, so I just send that, a pan of dressing, vegetables, and a pie.
I love homemade turkey and never liked deli turkey, it is flavorless to me.
I love turkey sandwiches!
I may just throw a turkey breast in the crock pot next week! ![]()

I actually am going to do a turkey breast in the crock pot either tomorrow or Monday....it's been in the freezer for awhile!
I eat turkey for Thanksgiving and Christmas (usually at a relative's home). I cook a breast a couple times a year. Serve with a box of Stove Top, some veggies and a can of cranberries. I make soup with the leftover meat.

Turkey - yes please - about once a week.
Crockpot with turkey gravy (made with turkey tenderloins), throw in some slices of potato, mushroom, add navy beans and it's a party!
Also turkey "steaks" dredged in sour cream and then breadcrumbs, 'set up' in the fridge for a few hours, then into the air fryer - makes for a great sandwich or cut into pieces for topping salads. yummmmm.

Christmas and that is way too often.

Aside from Thanksgiving I rarely have turkey. However, I do enjoy turkey breast sandwiches and often buy deli sliced turkey. However, there is nothing like a roasted turkey, stuffing and the works!!!!

I love turkey breast, tendeloin and whole turkey and make one about every month. I would appreciate knowing how to cook it in a crock pot so any easy recipes would be great. I never thought of using a crock pot, especially in the summer. Thanks in advance.

I had it for lunch yesterday at Cracker Barrel — their Thursday lunch special. So the last time before yesterday was Thanksgiving 🦃🦃
