How Often Do You Grocery Shop?

I make one big trip to Sam's Club, Walmart, and Aldi once a month. I go back to Walmart once more for Dog Food only. I go to Aldi once a week to pick up fresh items. This has saved us a lot of money in the long run. It's sticker shock at first buying everything you need for 5 weeks all at once.
