Yes....I'm sure we've all done similar things.  I made a Pizza Casserole Sunday after church.  I was going to divide it up and freeze it after it baked.  I sat down to eat my lunch in the living room and forgot all about it.  It baked about an hour more than it was supposed to.  Into the garbage it went and I made another one last evening.  

Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit, but Wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad.
