I don't usually BBQ chicken, but my DH asked if we could give it a whirl. I have boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Seems as though BBQing them might dry them out. Don't know. Should chicken be partially cooked indoors, then BBQ'd just for a short length of time to get the flavor of the grill? Thank you in advance.
