I have alway enjoyed the food segment on Qvc.  I turned it off yesterday when I of the two host would not be quiet.  The vendor tries to explain what the product is and this host interruped, talked over and was rude.  I turned off the tv. 

I don't understand why being rude is accepted.  Am I the only one turned off by this.

Qvc please  teach your host MANNERS.

I saw that too - felt sorry for the vendor - her part of the demo was just getting stomped on - she looked frustrated and confused - I expected her to just leave the set.  (wish she had)   QVC has absolutely lost their 'manners' when dealing with other people.

I agree 100%, they are getting worse and worse talking over the vendors. I can't understand why these host's are not told to stop speaking over the poor vendors, it's just incredibly rude and disrespectful.  I find myself muting these shows more and more or just going to the web site to see what's on, it's much less aggravating.

Does a need really exist for two hosts of Holiday Gourmet? When I watch it I can always count on the typical "host 1 is working with the guest and host 2 sneaks out for a taste"  nonsense. Is that supposed to be funny?

I don't know who this was because I was so annoyed I left the channel, but there was a young lady named Courtney (that's what they called her) who came out during a presentation.

I don't know if she works for QVC or is a vendor or what, but she made me want to rip my ears out.  It wasn't totally the high-pitched voice, although that does hurt my ears due to tinnitis, but this laugh that made my head explode and she just kept yammering on over everybody else (there was Sharon and a vendor on set) to the degree that I wondered if she had any idea that anybody else was in the room at all!

Courtney is a host with QVC but usually does fashion or makeup etc, I was surprised when I tuned in today for the food show and she was hosting. I agree with you, I don't understand the need for 2 hosts for a 2 hour show.  I'm used to Sharon now and she doesn't bother me, she was actually pretty funny today. Courtney however, well she's just not my cup of tea...

@chickenbutt Courtney has been a host now for about 5-6 years.  I know she loves to do the food shows, but I feel just like you.  Let her do the beauty shows on that other channel.
