I tuned in just long enough to order more L&L, the mini-9 piece set.

I love Mary Beth, too. She cracks me up. I remember the time she was selling KA mixers and said they were, 'iconical'. Enjoy your L&L!

@Lacey1  Yeah, this should be good for a few laughs - or maybe a lot of boohoos, not sure which.

@house_cat   Do you own any already Ms House_cat?  I will say that I've been so tempted to get some and rid my cupboards of all those mismatched plastic containers.  She has so many different configurations, not sure which ones I'd get.

Have you seen the new Rubbermaid containers that are similar to L&L?

I found their new line at the grocery after a trip to the Amish bulk store. I bought a few that hold 5lbs of flour, sugar, etc.

Rubbermaid makes various sizes, have the top inner seal and the lock on 4 sides. The containers that hold 5lbs ran about $5 and made in the USA.

I have purchased several sets over the years.  I'm pretty sure I have tried every brand of food storage containers under the sun.  Right now, all I have is L&L.  I'm not saying there's nothing better, but I really like them.  The only set I purchased and should have returned was the large cannisters with the flip up tops.  They don't seal well and I don't trust storing things in them. Also, they're awkward to scoop out of and not a good design, in my opinion.  Otherwise, I love their items.

My favorite recent purchases were the refridgerator set, great shapes, and the pie taker. The pie taker is the best I've ever had. I'm on waitlist for a second one.

Yes. I've tried them.  They're good, too, but little by litle I've gotten rid of all but my L&L.  I do have a set of Rubbermaid containers with screw on lids. Those are really useful and I'm hanging onto them.

Nu Wave? No Way. That turkey didn't look browned to me, it looked raw. I would never put that on a Thanksgiving table. The steak looked pretty good, though. As I've already said, I have something that can do all of that, its called a stove.
