I usually don't have any problems but in the past few days I've been doing my traditional sugar and shortbread cookies.
I will say its been extremely humid here in FL and I did have my air off since its been tolerable.
I bake the cookies and they are crisp, etc. and perfect. Then when cooling them and transferring I see they are soft and bendable!!! Ugh...
Of course, due to the humidity I haven't done my royal merinque icing -- is it possible there is too much humidity in the air and causing them to soften????
Thanks - if so, you know before i bake another batch air is going on!!!
