Help! Have A Question Re Keurig!

I can't find my book for our Keurig. It isn't working and it says "de-scale" on the little screen. I cleaned it up, ran vinegar through it, turned it off and back on, etc., but it is still displaying that plus it will only brew a quarter cup of coffee!

Any suggestions, has anyone else experienced this?
