Help! Can't Print Recipes from Dave's Recipes

I am going crazy. I used to highlight the recipe I wanted from Dave V. and then cut and paste onto Word. Now, however, I cannot scroll down to read the full recipe, the page keeps jumping back to the top so I can never see the complete recipe.

Does anyone else have this problem? How do I print these recipes?
