Heated Mixing Bowl from KitchenAid

The "Precise Heat Mixing Bowl"...Do you think this might be on or even a TSV? You can proof dough, slow cook, temper chocolate, make yogurt..

 

I think this would be awesome to have...

Wow!  What will they think of next?

 

I just rinse my regular mixing bowl in hot water then dry it.  If I needed it to remain warm for a longer period, I set the bowl in a container of warm or hot water.

 

i would probably pass on  this, but it is an interesting item.

Well, it's a nice idea but not very practical for me. First it's way too small. When I bake bread or rolls I need a much larger bowl than 3 qts to proof my dough. And most of us already have a slow cooker. And it's way too expensive at $249!

If you did a lot of chocolate this would be perfect.  I noticed it the other day and put it on my dream list.
