I am on auto delivery with 18 piece count. The last shipment had 8 in one bag and 5 or 6 in the other with one being the size of a chicken finger. Anyone else having count problems?

I don't buy these but I wonder if the overall package weight on yours was fine while a few of the individual chicken pierces came in around 10 oz., which would be the equivalent of two servings.  You may not have received the exact amount of pieces but you got the right amount of combined weight. 🤷‍♀️

I have not.  In my last order the count was correct, and I noticed the cutlets seemed quite a bit larger than usual.  

My next auto-delivery is due in about 10 days, so I'll keep a close eye on the count in the bags.

I had no issues and another order coming before too long  and will make sure to double check .  My daughter gets one bag and I take the other.  Pieces have been nice size.

Let CS know. I settled for a partial credit when I was shorted (is that a word? lol) 5 egg rolls from Faulker. 

BTW Heartlands chicken is really good, and I didn't count the cutlets, but I will now. The egg rolls were very obviously short... a full package. 

When it says  18 pieces or 15 pieces that's what is in the bag...or should be for these items.

Corkys usually estimates how many wings are in the bag and sells by weight without specifying how many wings are in the bag.

These 2 companies say 15 count and 18 count.

I had not contacted CS pending what info others had but I will now. We have had AD for a long time with 18 pieces is what we always got. This was the first time we didn't.

@Coastalcarolina  Yes.  I find them to be delicious!  The coating is just right -- not too much; seasoned perfectly.  Great for sandwiches, adding to salads, chicken parm, soft tacos, chicken & waffles, etc.

Every taste is different, of course.  But I do love these.

I tried them once.  I could not get past the Pasty color!  I am a Southern Girl and Fried Chicken is golden, not pasty!

The taste was OK but presentation was OOPS!

I was shorted on my last order recently.  7 in one bag and 8 in the other.  Suppose to be 18.
