Has anyone else had their Heartland Fresh Chicken Fried Chicken arrive full of frost in the bag, and ice caked on the chicken?  This has happened to me the last two times.

I have only ordered it in the winter without a problem.  I did get an order of Rastellli's  burgers with frost on them.

@miss ellie I've been on AD for this item for a couple years and I have never noticed frost. They have always tasted the same, delicious.

I have also been on AD for a few years and have never had a problem.  They are the best chicken I've had.

Sorry that happened, @miss ellie. Like the two posters before me, I've had Heartland Fresh chicken on auto-delivery for years without that issue. And I recently tried the new tater-crusted version and didn't experience it in that case, either.

Speaking of Heartland Fresh Chicken, I hope they have a TSV soon!  I don't want their potato crusted version, I really love their original chicken fried chicken.

I ordered the tater crusted chicken during the last TSV.  It's ok, but I think the original is better.  Only ordered twice, no frost.
