I received my order of the recent TSV of the HC- idk if I just got a bad batch but my chicken fillets were nasty as far as the texture of the chicken. I know I can get a refund but what was shown on tv wasn’t what I received.

What is it that you want, if not a refund.  If it was bad and nasty, get a refund.

Did not get the TSV, but recently received an order of this brand. There was nothing nasty or distasteful about ours. My only thought was they pound those chicken breasts really flat, so I'd grade them B. My order also contained a pack of nuggets which I'd give a grade of A for taste and appearance.

I ordered the Heartland tater crusted chicken last year.  What arrived was off tasting and gross. I got my money back and threw it out. My husband liked the gravy in the packets.

I am afraid to order again.

That's a shame.

I have been on multiple AD and Never had a bad bag.

My entire family loves them and I share.

@Glitter51 I ordered the same and ours was the best ever. Like @RespectLife , I've ordered these for a few years and never had a bad batch.

In fact, I made sandwiches out of them and took them to my daughter, her family and my husband where we attended our grandson's little league game. My SIL asked me where I bought the sandwiches because they were so good. They really were delicious.

You had to have received a bad batch, unfortunately, because they are really good.

@cjm61- I must have got a bad batch. I took a pic of the 2 that I fixed. The chicken was extremely stringy, couldn’t cut it with a fork. QVC was great and refunded my money but the pieces were not uniform in shape. I remember when they were presented- the vendor cutting them with a fork and knife. The 2 that I did fix had big gristly parts in them.
