Having some password problems

I usually post here, so am hoping for some suggestions, please.

My password won't keep working. As soon as I leave QVC, I can no longer post on the forums because I get, "Hmm, your information isn't quite correct" when I try to log back in. This has been going on for a good two weeks. I change my password and then I can post again....but only until I leave the site. If I come back, my password no longer works and I can no longer post.

I even chatted with somebody from QVC one night. He helped me change my password and I was fine. Until I left the site and then came back. Then I had to start over again, changing my password, etc. The QVC rep told me, "I'm sorry; I can't help you. I don't know what's wrong."

It's beyond annoying. Does anybody have any ideas at all on how to help me KEEP the same password for longer than five minutes and be able to keep posting? Thank you.

Re: Having some password problems

@PamelaSue72When you get the message, have you tried reposting your same passsword?   That's what I've been doing and it's worked for me.  I have had to sign in again, but at least I didn't have to change anything.

Good luck.

Re: Having some password problems

Same problem is happening to many of us; you're not alone. I can log in to my account, check order status etc. with no problem. The minute I try to log into the forum, same error messages etc. IT keeps sending me a link to change my passwords, saying their messages indicate I entered the wrong password ... NO, as I can see my order status and account information .... ARGH!

Re: Having some password problems

The only time this happened to me was when my cat walked across the keyboard. She stepped on a key up top that changes some of the letters to numbers. (Num lk/ Scr lk) I only saw asterisks when putting in my password so I didn't realize it was on and had to make a new password.

Now I always check that key and the cap lock key when I get that message because she likes to walk across my keyboard frequently. Cat Tongue  I hope you figure out what's going on because I know it's frustrating.

Re: Having some password problems

Thank you for your help.

For some reason, things seem to be working again. I am happy that I can be posting.

Thanks!
