Have you ordered salmon from Alaska?

I use to eat samon 3 x week. My gocery stores near my home don't have good salmon.

I need to watch my fats-I have had 3 friends (who were part of fast food for lunch bunch when we were in our 20's & 30's) have had heart attacks.

Does the salmon arrive frozen?
