I saw something of this nature on The Kitchen one day.   It didn't seem to be as effective as one might think.  When she lifted the item off the food, the cuts were incomplete and inconsistent.   One would still need to make more cuts on the ones that weren't cut all the way through.

 

But I don't think it was this exact one, so I hope it works well for those who buy it.
